NIDDK Workshop: Circadian Rhythms and Metabolic Disease

Circadian rhythms are intricately linked to human health and disease, and there is a growing appreciation of the role of nuclear receptors and their ligands in cueing these rhythms. This workshop has been organized to bring together experts in this field, with an emphasis on metabolism.
Sessions include Central and Neural Circuitry, Model Organisms, Transcription and Peripheral Clocks, Interplay Between the Clock and Physiology and Clocks and Human Disease. Invited speakers include Ronald Evans, Mitch Lazar, Ueli Schibler and Steve McKnight.
