Nuclear receptor probes available from the Molecular Libraries Program

Molecular Libraries Program probes for SF-1, RORα and RARα

The Molecular Libraries Program (MLP) is an initiative of the NIH RoadMap, a trans-NIH program launched in 2004 by the then NIH Director, Dr. Elias Zerhouni. The goal of the MLP is to breath life into chemical biology efforts in the public and private research communities by creating a library of small molecule probes with defined biological and/or functional roles. To date the MLP has generated a set of about 70 probes including those for SF-1, RORα and RARα. Download the Probe reports web table on this page  and search for the receptor name. Information provide includeds details on the assay and potential uses of the probe.
